As Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering at Cramer-Krasselt, he oversees engineering, application development, website platforms, and large-scale data infrastructure while mentoring high-performing technical teams.

Justin specializes in transforming complex systems into scalable, innovative solutions that improve organizational performance. His strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and passion for operational excellence make him a valuable asset in guiding The ARK Entrepreneurial's long-term vision and growth.

Joseph DePalma is an attorney whose practice focuses on business transactions, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and corporate law. As an Associate Attorney with Powell Junia P.C., he advises businesses operating in highly regulated industries, represents clients before regulatory agencies, and negotiates complex legal agreements.

Joseph graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton (B.A.) and magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law (J.D.), where he earned multiple academic honors, including Harno Scholar recognition. Joseph serves as Secretary of The ARK Entrepreneurial in a volunteer, non-legal capacity, contributing to the organization's board governance and long-term planning.

As Founder and President of The Tax & Business Consulting Group, Inc., he advises entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and businesses on accounting, tax planning, financial strategy, business formation, and organizational growth.

His extensive financial expertise and commitment to helping organizations build sustainable futures provide invaluable fiscal leadership to The ARK Entrepreneurial Board of Directors.

She serves on numerous nonprofit boards, mentors emerging leaders, hosts podcasts, and is an award-winning humanitarian recognized for her commitment to education, community development, and public service. Eve brings extensive nonprofit governance experience and a lifelong passion for empowering youth and families.

Sundraria "Sunny" Davis is an accomplished nonprofit executive, visionary, operations strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience in organizational management, administration, and community development. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex operations, strengthened organizational infrastructure, managed multimillion-dollar programs, and developed strategic partnerships that expand opportunities for underserved communities.

Prior to founding The ARK Entrepreneurial, Sunny held executive leadership positions with organizations including the Albany Park Community Center, The Chicago Public Education Fund, LEARN Charter School Network, and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Her expertise spans organizational leadership, workforce development, grant administration, financial oversight, human resources, strategic planning, fundraising, and youth programming.

As Founder, President, and CEO of The ARK Entrepreneurial, Sunny leads the organization's vision of increasing opportunities for youth and families through entrepreneurship, workforce development, leadership development, financial literacy, and economic empowerment. Her passion for innovation and community transformation continues to drive partnerships that create sustainable pathways to success for the next generation.
