ARK Elevate is the professional and personal development division of The ARK Entrepreneurial. We train the educators, employers, parents and leaders around a young person — because a child cannot be expected to keep growing while the adults guiding them are overlooked.
They are shaped every day by parents, educators, mentors, employers, organizational leaders and other caring adults. Supporting them takes more than good youth programming — it takes adults who are equipped to recognize potential and help cultivate it.
Our youth programs give children and young adults entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership, communication, career exploration, workforce development and life skills. ARK Elevate brings that same commitment to growth to the adults around them, through customized workshops, training series, coaching and professional development.
That is what makes it more than professional development. It is an investment in the ecosystem surrounding our young people.
