At The ARK, young people ages 6–24 gain entrepreneurial education, workforce development, financial literacy, and real-world experience. In our Be Entrepreneurial workforce program, youth 16–24 combine career readiness with entrepreneurial principles, preparing to succeed in traditional workplaces or as intrapreneurs.
By focusing on leadership, mentoring, and addressing systemic challenges like poverty and food insecurity, The ARK creates pathways to success for all participants.
